Affiliate marketing is one of the top tactics for consumer marketing. In recruiting, they’re just discovering many consumer marketing tactics, and as a candidate for a job, you may have noticed that they are paying for sponsored ads on job boards and search engines. They’re emailing you and marketing to you all the time.

Flockity is taking the principles from affiliate marketing and bringing them to the recruiting space.

  • The recruitment advertising industry is a $2 billion space. Companies spend millions each year to advertise their jobs. They spend on job boards, search engines, social media, and so on.

The spend is huge and Flockity aims to redistribute that spend to people who actually influence job seekers, their friends.

  • Companies pay Flockity $2/click. You earn $1 for every click on your share.

The average person has 800 connections across social channels.

We’re currently seeing between 6-14 clicks per share. It’s our aim that Flockity can provide you with simple passive income.

Of course, the bigger the network, the bigger the payout. Since this is just beginning, we aren’t sure how many clicks you will get per share, but let’s find out together!

  • You will be able to move the money you earn from clicks into your bank account via PayPal or Venmo. You will need to earn at least $10 before you can move any money from Flockity to your bank account. Again, all of this is handled securely with PayPal.

You should see your payment within 24 hours. Most times, it’s within the hour.

  • More than 40 companies are participating in Flockity. We will launch with 5 companies and aim to add 10 companies a month in the coming months.

The first companies are in healthcare, travel, manufacturing, communications, and so on.
